As a CNA at our campus, you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work beside other CNAs & Nurses to provide cares for our residents in long term care, rehab and memory care. Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available: (Days) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time & Full-Time) (Evenings) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time & Full-Time) (Nights) 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Full-Time) Wage Range: $19.26 - $22.21 per hour depending on experience. Shift Differential: Evenings $2 / per hour Nights $3 / per hour Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
