SummaryA successful engineering contractor specialising in railway and civil engineering Is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion within the Railway & Civils Infrastructure sector on a portfolio of works in multiple projects on a reactive framework.Based in Sheffield with Hybrid Working.As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will manage and produce formal reports for Senior Management, maintain and develop client relationships ensuring the timely submissions of applications for payments, operating the change process on an NEC4 contract and identify and manage opportunities and risk.Responsibilities will also include the settling of final Accounts with Clients and sub-contractors in line with agreed terms and conditions.
