UAT Quality Assurance Tester

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Business Execution Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving situations, exercising independent judgment while understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information and support to client personnel involved in Business Execution activities. Support testing efforts for SAS and .Net solutions related to Benefits Administration, ensuring quality and functionality. What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making processes. Experience supporting testing for SAS and .Net solutions is preferred. What's in it for me?
