Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' issues, strengths, and treatment needs.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to clients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, while adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and navigate community resources to enhance their support systems.
• Participate in professional development activities, staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant therapeutic experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a larger healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
