Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasmLease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performanceVerify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentationProvide exceptional customer services to residents and prospectsGenerate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagementHost resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relationsCreate and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagementSupport the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasksRepresent the community with a friendly and professional demeanorWhat We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:To be successful in this role, you MUST have:Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to closeExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesA positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearanceFlexible schedule – weekends REQUIREDSocial media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferredStable work historyValid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not requiredImportant: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.What Adara Offers You:Competitive payExcellent commission opportunitiesMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life InsuranceGenerous PTORental housing discountsA supportive, people-first cultureSalary Range: $18-$20/hourIf you're a resident driven leasing professional with exceptional sales and customer service skills looking for a community and company that values your experience and expertise, we'd love to hear from you.  #IND123
