Warehouse Associate

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements: Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Job Duties:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive and organize incoming products and materials
• Stack boxes onto pallets for storage and shipping
• Inspect bottles and packaging for quality defects
• Build and assemble boxes as needed
• Inspect slip sheets and packaging materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with sorting and processing recyclable materials
• Support inventory handling and warehouse organization
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Physical Capabilities: Extensive walking in all areas of facility. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
