Production Line Worker

Pay: $16.90 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends

About the Role:
Support meat processing and packaging operations in a refrigerated environment. This position involves performing repetitive tasks related to processing raw and cooked meat products on a fast-paced production line, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Successful candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in cold conditions, and able to follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate on a production line processing raw and cooked meat products according to food safety guidelines.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Follow detailed work instructions, sanitation procedures, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies, including proper PPE use.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Promptly report equipment issues, contamination risks, or product inconsistencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds depending on the assignment.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in food processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with PPE and safety protocols in cold storage or food processing environments.
