Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following: Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers. Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications. Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers. Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL. Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems. Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction. This job might be for you if you: Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Have an associate degree or related business experience. Have strong computer skills. Can travel regionally up to 10% of the time. Can learn concepts and technical details of products. Have strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills. Can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. Can work cooperatively in a team environment. Have experience with ERP or CRM tools. Have experience in a technical sales environment. Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as a Customer Service Representative I at $26.75 – $32.00 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
