Position: Receiver

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

• Receive shipments, open each box, identify physical products against pack-slip, check for damages, and sort stock for distribution in the company.
• ​Accurately record and document all received items, including quantity, quality, and any discrepancies or damages, to include scanning record of pack-slips received.
• Inspect and verify the condition and quality of received goods to ensure they meet established standards.
• Communicate with purchasing and carriers to resolve any delivery issues, discrepancies, or damages.
• Receive product into the ERP system, generate stock labels, and place it on material.
• Maintain the movement of inventory to the staging areas of the warehouse.
• Unload and sort incoming shipments, ensuring proper storage and organization of goods in designated warehouse areas.
