Physician – Primary Care / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine

Location: Billings, MT | Full-Time

Pacific Medical Specialty Group is seeking a MD/DO Physician to provide primary care services in skilled nursing, post-acute, and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform exams and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs
• Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, and facility staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Opportunity for Medical Director responsibilities

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent
• BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, General Practice, or related specialty
• Eligible for an unrestricted Montana medical license
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• SNF, geriatrics, post-acute, hospital medicine, or primary care experience preferred but not required
• New residency graduates encouraged to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
