Entry-Level HVACR Service Technician (2–5 Years Experience)

Volpe Service is looking for a motivated and dependable HVACR Service Technician with 2–5 years of field experience to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial HVACR systems and apartment-style residential developments, offering a stable, long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVACR equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and refrigeration equipment.

Complete service calls professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.

Accurately complete service documentation and maintain service records.

Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Collaborate with experienced technicians and continue developing your technical skills.

Qualifications

2–5 years of HVACR service experience.

EPA Section 608 Certification (required).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
