Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chats from customers. You’ll assist with questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies. Assist with troubleshooting, billing, or account-related questions. Record and update customer interactions in the system. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer. Meet performance expectations, including quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Qualifications Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to type and navigate computer systems efficiently. Self-motivated and able to work independently. High-speed internet connection and reliable computer/headset required. Schedule & Pay Flexible scheduling options are available. Pay is biweekly on the 1st and 15th of each month.
