Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Mexico
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Availability Monday through Friday, day shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a facility-based or clinical setting
• Familiarity with New Mexico state compliance and documentation requirements
