Job Type: Per Required Need | Work Location: Market - SS - OH - Cincinnati Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends not required. Join 2020 Companies as a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative representing major tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. You will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives. You work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently. Benefits $16.25 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Key Responsibilities Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact). Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixturing. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and in teams of two or more, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Scheduling / Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends, early morning hours, and holidays based on store/client requirements. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives, fostering collaboration and communication. Leadership & Cross‑Functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company. Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and ensure transparent, respectful communication with all team members. Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success. Customer & Client Satisfaction Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved according to shared‑service field KPIs. Be open to providing and receiving feedback. Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability to changing tasks and environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email. High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Installation and merchandising experience preferred. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Follow planogram (POG) directives and communications. Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data. Navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Superior leadership, communication, presentation skills and sound judgment.
