Senior Cyber Systems Engineer On-site at the Dedham, MA facility Pay Estimated: $70-$87/Hour U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire We are hiring a Senior Cyber Systems Engineer in Dedham, MA to support the development of advanced Cybersecurity Manager Applications and Encryptor Management systems for mission-critical defense programs. This role requires expertise in systems engineering, requirements management, cybersecurity applications, Agile software development, DOORS, Cameo, REST APIs, PKI, network analysis, and system-level integration/testing supporting secure enterprise and defense communication environments. Responsibilities:Define, develop, and manage system design specifications, including Use Cases, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and Requirements ManagementCollaborate with software engineering teams to translate system requirements into software functionalityDevelop and execute system-level test procedures to validate performance and complianceParticipate in integrated product teams (IPTs) to coordinate cross-functional development activitiesContribute to the refinement of systems engineering processes across the product lifecycleQualifications:U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal LawClearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hireBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field required and 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with a Master's Degree)3+ years working directly with software teams on system specification and designMethodologies & Tools:Systems modeling and requirements management using DOORS or CameoFamiliarity with Agile development environmentsTechnical Knowledge:Systems engineering principles, architectures, and lifecycle practicePreferred Qualifications:Understanding of SNMP, REST APIs, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)Experience with ESXi, operating systems, and VM configurationNetwork configuration, troubleshooting, and protocol analysis (e.g., Wireshark)Exposure to UX/UI design considerationsMoseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer What to ExpectApplicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
