The right person for this role will be:

• Outgoing bubbly personality who LOVES to engage with members and non-members in the clubs and in the community!
• Organized –
  • Scheduled Meta calendars for social posts, member communication schedules, outreach and member event schedules, etc. Communication with Regional Manager and Club Managers, ensuring effective events and social media strategy is implemented across 3 clubs and throughout the Fort Collins Community.

The core purpose of this role is to cultivates community in and out of our clubs through events and communication:

• Events
  • Outreach Events
    • Finds events for our teams to go to 
    • Follows up with events our teams find 
    • Finds a way to get us where the people are (booths, etc) – trade or get with Lisa if we need to pay
    • Helps coordinate the event equipment (tents, tables, banners, promo materials, etc) – storage and keeping track of everything
    • Ensures events are staffed by sales and program ambassadors (PTs and Tennis and misc employees looking to grow their businesses)
    • Tracks outreach event lead generation/value on google forms/spreadsheet 
    • Track down data from all staff who attended event
  • Member Events
    • Supports CMs with planning and promotion of member events 
    • Present at feature regional member event
    • And other member events as available
    • Tracks member event attendance on spreadsheet
    • Ensures pictures from events are posted on social 
    • Reminders to picture owner for events they are not able to attend the week before and day of event
• Member Communication
  • Newsletter
    • Collects content for newsletter from CMs and DHs each month
    • Follows format marketing uses 
    • Finds creative, interesting, and valuable things our members will like to include in newsletter
  • Email and Text Blasts
    • Schedule for the month for emails and text blasts
    • Checks on schedule with RM, CM, and marketing team each week to ensure we are on same page with execution
  • Social Media
    • Schedule on Meta
    • Supports each club (CM, OM, various DHs) in creating and posting content
    • Monitors social media posts from various DHs to protect brand
