The individual will support the team in alignment with our values and act as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager. They are a role model for the team—cool, calm and collected under pressure, and serve as a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. They are also responsible for administrative, operational, and general store security duties. Key Responsibilities Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager. Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Demonstrated retail sales success. Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Working Conditions Retail environment. Eligibility Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. High School diploma or equivalent.
