We are looking for a GP or Urgent Care Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team at All Care Animal Hospital, where we believe every pet and owner deserves the very best in care and comfort. We're located in beautiful Minneola, Florida, and for the past 30 years, we've been proud to serve Lake County's pet community with love, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

About Us
We are a 4-doctor practice and we have 2 doctors on staff Mon Fri, along with assigned techs per doctor. Whether it's routine wellness exams, preventive care, or urgent care, we offer comprehensive care for cats and dogs. We take pride in delivering high quality medical treatment in a comforting, family-oriented environment.
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, monthly production with no-negative accrual, as well as sign-on and relocation bonuses. We also offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.

Despite being one of Florida's fastest-growing towns, Minneola maintains a close-knit, welcoming atmosphere while offering a small-town feel with access to outdoor recreation and proximity to Orlando. The area is a destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking on the local lakes.
