Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing or Critical Care nursing, with a solid understanding of patient ratios and acuity. The ideal applicant should hold an active RN license, along with required certifications. Candidates must provide an up-to-date resume that highlights relevant experience and travel history. Recent references as Charge or Manager RN are required. A skills checklist matching the nursing specialty must be completed for consideration. A valid driver's license with an address that matches the submitted demographics is necessary. NURSYS report for license verification must be submitted. Availability for the role should be clearly stated in the submission. EMR experience, particularly with Cerner, is preferred but not mandatory.
