Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program ( DPT, MSPT, or BSPT )
• Active Massachusetts PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
