About the Role
We are a growing private practice looking for a passionate and skilled LCSW to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This is a meaningful leadership opportunity where your clinical expertise takes center stage.

Salary: $80,000 annually

What You'll Do
• Provide clinical supervision to therapists and clinicians on staff
• Ensure quality of care and adherence to ethical standards
• Support and mentor the clinical team
• Collaborate with practice leadership on clinical direction

What We're Looking For

• Active LCSW license in NY
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical background with a passion for mentoring others
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
