We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Ohio by identifying strong talent and guiding candidates through a positive, efficient selection process. This position is ideal for someone who can balance high-volume recruiting demands with thoughtful candidate engagement and strong partnership with hiring teams. The role will focus on building talent pipelines, managing interview activity, and keeping recruiting workflows organized from initial outreach through offer stage.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from sourcing candidates to coordinating final hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Conduct phone-based candidate evaluations to assess experience, interest, and overall fit for open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, refine candidate profiles, and support timely hiring outcomes.
• Oversee job postings, applicant tracking system activity, and interview scheduling to keep the process accurate and organized.
• Support high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a thoughtful and consistent candidate experience.
• Track recruiting progress, monitor pipeline activity, and communicate updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency-supported environment.
• Ability to source candidates effectively across multiple channels for a variety of roles.
• Background supporting high-volume hiring while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate records and recruiting workflow.
• Strong phone screening and candidate assessment skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
