We do it all for the benefit of our clients' social justice causes and campaigns.Who You Are:Big picture communication and campaign strategist with experience conceiving and executing winning campaigns for labor unions or advocacy campaignsA proven leader and manager with experience developing talent and leading teams of writers and designers to hit deadlines, produce exceptional work, and have fun doing itAn ace writer with a keen ability to craft persuasive messages that move public opinion and get resultsA pro at developing the strategy and creative for client campaigns, including content calendars, mailers, landing pages, social memes/graphicsA highly organized client relations and project management proA creative, collaborative multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-like environmentsSkilled in digital organizing and communications with familiarity in online advertising, mobile strategy, and web designPosses knowledge of digital platforms and analytics to further client and campaign successYour Experience:You have at least 7 years of strategic communications experience in labor, advocacy, organizing, politics, or media, and you're eager to make a difference for the public good. Agency experience is a plus.Experience managing and supervising multiple teams or division of an agencyYou have a proven ability to bottom-line a range of A+ deliverables and client service, ranging from print and web to earned media to social media, and moreExtensive history of managing a team of designers, web developers, digital strategists and copywriters for web and print platformsYou create integrated campaigns using social media, online advertising, email marketing and web design with experience using HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Manager or similar platformsYou have experience generating new business leads, are able to capitalize on new business opportunities and are able to close deals to bring new clients into the companyAll employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver's license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker. The current minimum starting salary offer for this position is $117,448. The current maximum starting salary offer for this position is $129,301.
