As a full-time food production team member, you will be responsible for preparing all menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining our commitment to serving A-grade quality food. Working in the kitchen requires you to excel in the following areas:

• Fried Chicken
• Fryer and Grill Operation
• Sandwich Assembly
• Special Salad Preparation
• Catering Order Preparation

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to complete tasks quickly and accurately. You are someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and work well with others. You are someone who enjoys feedback and is always looking to improve.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds overhead
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
• Reliable transportation

Pay Range:

$13.00 - $15.00+ (subject to availability)
