This is a real opportunity to build a long-term career.Compensation & ScheduleExpected Hourly Wage: $17.50 Note: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Hours: (Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm)Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).What's In It For You?Career Growth: Join a facility that actively promotes from within and provides ongoing training.Team Environment: Be part of a team that values your contributions.Safety & Organization: Work in a clean, organized environment with strong safety protocols.Flexibility: Multiple shift options available.Responsibilities Include:Receive and inspect incoming packages and shipments.Verify the accuracy of orders by comparing them to invoices or packing slips.Unload and load packages onto delivery trucks or storage areas.Operate pallet jack and other equipment to move stock within the warehouse.Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly labeled and packaged.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Able to fill in on deliveries as needed (valid driver's license and pass RMV check required).Skills/RequirementsPrevious experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred.Ability to lift heavy packages, up to 50 pounds, as needed.Proficient in operating pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying inventory.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.Valid driver's license & good driving record (required for potential delivery fill-ins).Ready to build your career in logistics?
