Job Description

Job Title: Lead Java Developer (Only W2)
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Java 17+ development

• Spring Boot and RESTful Services

• Kubernetes and OpenShift

• NoSQL/SQL

• • Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Fortify, and Sonatype is a plus

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams

• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience

• Prior technical lead or team leadership experience

• Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
