Inside Sales Reps play a critical role in driving revenue by proactively engaging with customers and prospects to sell existing products. As individual contributors reporting directly to a manager, they focus on lead generation, customer outreach, sales presentations, and account management without the need for travel, though some optional travel may occur. This role demands a hunter mentality, strong closing skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls and effective follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
• Conduct customer outreach and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Process orders accurately and manage customer accounts
• Follow up persistently to close sales and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain detailed sales reporting and data entry using CRM systems
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to effectively support customers
• Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries promptly
• Make 75 or more calls per day with a strong emphasis on closing deals

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of telephone sales experience
• Experience using CRM software
• Strong closing skills with a hunter sales mentality
