Manager, Change Management

Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change. Leveraging data and continuous improvement principles, you’ll standardize tools and methods that support Marvin’s people-first culture, safety, craftsmanship, and long-term employee growth.
