Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN for a travel assignment within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Nashville, TN. This role is perfect for those with previous NICU experience, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment caring for neonates with a 2-3:1 patient ratio.

Key responsibilities of the RN NICU include:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU
• Monitor and operate Philips Monitors and document care using Meditech and Centricity Perinatal systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver evidence-based care
• Float to comparable areas of high need as required

Requirements of the RN NICU include:

• Valid RN license
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Completion of STABLE program
• Previous experience in a NICU setting
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
