• Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join a rapidly growing, high-performing CTICU team
\n
• Since establishing the CTICU in 2019, the program has developed into one of the most disciplined, outcomes-focused pediatric cardiac programs in the region, with top-tier complication and infection metrics nationally
\n

• Dedicated 8-bed CTICU with expansion capability to 15 beds

• Admission-to-discharge model managing complex cardiothoracic surgical and medical cardiac patients

• True multidisciplinary integration (surgery, cardiology, anesthesia, perfusion)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and/or Pediatric Cardiology with advanced cardiac critical care training or extensive experience
\n
• Eligible for California medical licensure
\n
• Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship experience caring for neonates and children with complex congenital and acquired heart disease, including postoperative care
\n
• Pediatric ECMO experience required
\n
• Strong clinical expertise in cardiac critical care
\n
