About the role A highly skilled, professional Personal Injury Paralegal will support a senior attorney handling a busy caseload. The role requires ownership of files and exceptional support throughout the lifecycle of a case. Qualifications 3+ years of plaintiff‑side personal injury paralegal experience preferred. Strong understanding of personal injury pre‑litigation and litigation processes. Experience obtaining and analyzing medical records and billing documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and client‑service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Spanish‑speaking ability is a strong plus. Benefits Base salary up to $70,000+ plus bonus.
