This role specializes in cardiac operations within a multidisciplinary operating room environment, caring for a wide variety of adult cardiac patients, including CABGs, TAVIs, and heart failure cases.

Key Responsibilities of the Cardiac OR Registered Nurse

• Function independently as RN circulator for complex adult cardiac cases including CABGs, structural heart cases, minimally invasive procedures, and heart failure cases.
• Participate in heart transplants with preferred experience.

Requirements of the Cardiac OR Registered Nurse

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) years of experience
• BLS and ACLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma (preferred)
• Able to circulate
