Qualifications & Skills Educational requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) after 2015 or a relevant degree. Experience in physical therapy, with details on years and type of experience preferred but not mandatory. Licensure as a Physical Therapist, with required certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation. Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet all licensure and certification requirements. Additional skills include accountability, adaptability, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Duties & Requirements Provide therapeutic assessments and interventions aligned with professional standards. Participate in program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving initiatives. Maintain required licensure, certifications, and insurance coverage.
