Job Description Job Description Drivers deliver food to customers in rotating orders with other drivers. While waiting for delivery orders to be ready, the driver works on other duties, such as taking out pizza and cutting, assembling pizza boxes, doing dishes, and night shift closing duties. These duties are rotated with other drivers. Drivers receive delivery fees and tips with each order with the standard flat pay rate. Depending on distance, Delivery fees range from $2, $4, and $5.
