Description Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems Ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and adherence to care standards Qualifications Licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas National board certification (NCCPA) Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Competitive compensation based on experience Bonus and incentive opportunities available Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage Paid time off (PTO) and holidays CME allowance and paid CME time 403b retirement plan Why Texarkana Texarkana offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and big-city amenities.
