Role Overview As a Social Worker at DaVita, you will belong to the core care team supporting patients undergoing dialysis transition. You will guide patients in understanding their rights, responsibilities, and managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial aspects of end‑stage renal disease. Location: 228 Bradford Blvd, Santee, South Carolina 29142, United States of America. Requirements Meet all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice. Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs. Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
