Senior Human Resources Generalist

CarsonLynch is partnering with our rapidly growing client the Cincinnati area to identify a Senior HR Generalist to join their team. This is a highly visible role supporting leadership and driving key HR initiatives across a multi-site operation. What You’ll Do: Partner with leaders to support employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness Contribute to compensation and total rewards initiatives, including analysis and program administration Support and optimize HR systems, including data integrity, reporting, and process improvements Assist with full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts Help develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks Leverage HR data and insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For: 4–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or business partner capacity Strong foundation across core HR functions (employee relations, compliance, compensation, and recruiting) Experience working in a growth‑oriented or changing environment Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization HR certification (SHRM or PHR) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
