Key Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Proven communication skills (written and verbal) with a caring approach. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Consistent 20+ hours per week schedule preferred; peak weeks may increase to 21 hours, not to exceed 30 hours per week. Dependability in operating during peak hours and critical shifts.
