Designer

Senior Designer

The Studio works collaboratively. The Senior Designer works closely with the Principal and with the New York team on shared projects. As a two-office practice, the role also requires periods of independent work — site weeks, installations, etc. The position requires someone effective in both settings. Responsibilities include developing approved concepts into complete, specific design schemes, producing drawings, elevations, schedules, and specifications in AutoCAD, designing custom furniture and millwork; reviewing shop drawings and prototypes with fabricators, establishing and maintaining project budgets and schedules; tracking pricing and lead times, leading site visits, walkthroughs, installations, and punch lists, presenting to clients and representing the Studio with architects, contractors, and artisans, and mentoring and directing the Designer position hired alongside this role.
