Travel Nurse RN - Pediatric Dialysis - $2,538 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatric Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Day/Evening, 12-hr shifts, 0800 - 2030, every other weekend, holidays if needed. Weekday, weekend on-call responsibility may be assigned as needed (not to exceed 3 on-call shifts per six weeks)

Must have at least 2 years of inpatient Hemodialysis experience in Level 1 - Trauma or similar size hospital. 
Must have experience with adults and peds
EPIC experience required. 


WI RN or compact RN License required
BLS, ACLS, PALS required - AHA ONLY
Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to start.
