Reentry Case Manager - Trauma-Informed Employment & Support

A community-focused organization in California is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive evidence-based case management and employment services for individuals aged 18–35. The role involves assessing individual needs, seeking employment opportunities, and providing support for families. Qualifications include a four-year degree in social services and CADC-1 certification. The ideal candidate will be skilled in trauma-informed care and able to work effectively with diverse communities.
