What We Offer
Mentorship & Training
- Tailored, hands-on mentorship program for new and early-career ER veterinarians

- Specialized training opportunities, including Global FAST ultrasound and multi-day surgical training programs
Compensation & Scheduling
- Training pay: $1,000 per shift
- Post-training compensation: $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater)
- No negative accrual
- Predictable schedule: 12 shifts per month, with optional additional shifts
- Some weekend and overnight shifts required
Sign-On & Financial Support
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
- Relocation assistance up to $12,000
- Student loan repayment program: up to $20,000 per year for 4 years

Ideal Candidate
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Active veterinary license preferred; licensure transfer fees covered if needed

- Strong communicator with a professional, respectful approach to clients and staff
