Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns through Oracle Eloqua. This role is responsible for building and deploying email communications, creating audience segments, developing landing pages and forms, and supporting campaign performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.
• Build and maintain email templates, audience segments, landing pages, and embedded forms.
• Support campaign execution, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide reporting insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing standards, regulations, and delivery best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide support for marketing technology platforms and user inquiries as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing campaign execution.
• Experience creating email templates, audience segments, landing pages, and embedded forms within a marketing automation platform.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information in person and virtually.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent priorities.
• Working knowledge of email compliance and deliverability best practices, including CAN-SPAM requirements and email authentication protocols.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing results.
• Experience creating and maintaining Eloqua analytics and performance reports.
• Previous experience within the utilities industry.
• Prior experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-focused environment.
