We are a leading home services company seeking an experienced Permanent Residential Plumbing Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential plumbing, with a particular focus on high-end homes. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations in residential construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the plumbing process in residential homes and inspections, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify any potential issues or improvements.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on plumbing system design and maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing.
• Proven handyman skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of residential water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Current plumbing license.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant trade qualification or certification would be an advantage.
• Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and working in confined spaces.
