Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing facility in Huntsville, AL .
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are looking for candidates with experience in a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or production environment who are comfortable supporting customers, processing orders, and working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders and order changes
• Provide updates on order status and customer requests
• Communicate with internal departments to support customer needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order processing experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Strong computer skills ( Microsoft Office & Excel )
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time opportunity with a great Monday–Friday
