Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hutchinson Health and Rehab in Hutchinson, KS is hiring a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN LPN

Provide total care for residents, monitoring conditions and needs Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Follow narcotic policies and procedures, monitor side effects, and report changes Oversee nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents Report injuries, maintain confidentiality, and comply with HIPAA

QUALIFICATIONS

LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing Current CPR certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Desire to work with the elderly Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required Trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, a team player who enjoys serving seniors and can establish good rapport and communicate effectively has a great fit for this role.

WORK SCHEDULE

Week 1: Wednesday 6 am–10 pm; Thursday 6 am–10 pm Week 2: Monday 6 am–10 pm; Tuesday 6 am–10 pm
