Product Designer II

Joining the Underwriting module, the full-time remote Product Designer II will own the design of key workbench initiatives, transforming complex underwriting workflows into clear and efficient user experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end design for assigned initiatives, including problem framing, research, prototyping, validation, and implementation Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and product strategy Create user flows, diagrams, Figma designs, and coded prototypes to communicate design direction to stakeholders and engineers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in complex or regulated products Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and a research-to-shipping discipline Proficiency in Figma and experience with design in an IDE or code-based environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform design decisions
