HR Support Assistant

Provide basic administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. Assist with employee records, onboarding activities, and routine HR inquiries while helping maintain a positive employee experience.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

Respond to basic employee HR questions and direct inquiries as needed.

Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports.

Help organize employee engagement and wellness activities.

Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

High school diploma or associate degree preferred.

0-2 years of administrative or HR-related experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
