Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting team in Hawthorne, CA. This individual will run a full recruiting desk, managing the end-to-end hiring process for mission-critical technical roles.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on - someone who can partner closely with hiring managers while also driving sourcing efforts, managing pipelines, and delivering top-tier candidates. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to operate autonomously, and comfort working in an ever-changing, high-volume recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, hiring strategy, and candidate feedback
• Proactively source passive candidates through creative and non-traditional methods
• Screen inbound applicants and assess alignment with technical and business requirements
• Present and recommend top candidates to hiring teams for consideration
• Coordinate and support onsite interviews, including candidate experience and logistics as needed
• Attend interviews to help evaluate candidates and provide additional insight to hiring managers
• Manage offer process including compensation discussions, offer extension, and background checks
• Maintain and track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Must be comfortable working onsite 100% in Hawthorne, CA
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on hiring needs
