Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing Guide clients through home searches, financing options, and purchase decisions Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems and structured follow-up processes Convert buyer appointments into closed transactions through strong relationship-building Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers Manage pipeline, schedule, and daily appointments efficiently Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team development meetings Qualifications Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ideal candidates will have An active Georgia Real Estate License (required) Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools Excellent organization and follow-up discipline A coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based $75,000-$150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr EmpowerHome Team - Atlanta
